Get the app

CrewBarn on
your phone.

The same CrewBarn your crew uses in the field: jobs, photos and video, checklists and signatures, and it works with no signal. Point your Android phone's camera at the code, or tap the button on your phone, then install the app.

Android may ask you to allow installs from your browser the first time. App Store and Google Play versions are coming soon; until then, iPhone users can use CrewBarn in the browser.

Before you get started

A few good questions.

What is CrewBarn?

CrewBarn is field service management software that connects calls and requests, quotes, scheduling, dispatch, field work, equipment, stock, invoicing, accounting and payroll. The customer portal connects customers and company teams to their requests, decisions and billing.

Which trades does CrewBarn cover?

CrewBarn supports plumbing, HVAC and electrical businesses, along with locksmiths, cleaning, landscaping, facility maintenance, mobile mechanics, IT and networking, and other service trades. Trade starter packs give companies a starting point for job types, statuses, price lists, stock locations and forms. See the trade guides.

Can my crew work without a signal?

The field app supports offline work for job details, forms, photos and signatures. Online services such as sending messages, connected provider actions and syncing updates require a connection. Read about the field app.

What can customers do in their portal?

Customers can request work, review and approve quotes, sign documents, message the company, view equipment history and pay invoices. They can request a visit change for office approval. Company customers can use separate team logins with appropriate access. Explore the customer portal.

What does the beta offer include?

CrewBarn’s current offer is free for life for trades that help test it. Provider accounts and charges for connected AI, phone, maps, payments and storage are separate. Review the beta details and setup requirements when you join; this page does not replace those terms.

Does CrewBarn connect to systems I already use?

CrewBarn supports connected providers, QuickBooks, scoped API tokens, webhooks, imports and exports. Available behavior depends on the connection and its setup. See the integration details.
